Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Reelory (“Reelory”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is owned and operated by Irina Iscenco, an individual acting as a sole trader. Irina Iscenco is the seller of record for all products described in these Terms.

There is no separate company, corporation or limited liability entity behind Reelory. Any reference to “Reelory” as a brand or product name refers to software operated by Irina Iscenco.

2. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Irina Iscenco. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Reelory in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Reelory.

3. What Reelory is

Reelory is a software product. It is a self-service, web-based platform that automatically analyses short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using artificial intelligence.

When you submit a video link, the platform:

1. Automatically retrieves the video at the URL you provide;
2. Automatically transcribes the spoken audio;
3. Automatically analyses the video using AI models, covering elements such as the hook, structure, virality triggers and pacing;
4. Automatically generates a structured report and saves it to your account.

The entire process is automated. Processing typically completes in about one minute. Results are generated by software and AI models — no human reviews, edits, curates or approves your video or the resulting report at any stage.

Reelory is a software tool, not a consulting, agency, advisory, coaching or professional services offering. Reports are informational output produced by an automated system.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are for individual use. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your account or your credits to another person.

Notify us at support@reelory.ai as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Credits, packages and pricing

Reelory uses a prepaid credit model. You purchase a one-time package of credits and spend those credits on actions inside the platform.

• Credits do not expire. There is no time limit on using them, and we do not deduct, reset or reclaim credits you have paid for.
• Credits have no cash value, are not a deposit, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred for money outside the refund process described in Section 8.
• Credits are consumed when an action starts processing.
• If a technical failure on our side prevents a report from being generated, the credit is returned to your balance. Contact support@reelory.ai if this does not happen automatically.

5.4 No subscriptions

Reelory does not sell subscriptions. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and no auto-billing of any kind. Every purchase is a single, one-time transaction that you initiate yourself. Your payment method is not charged again unless you deliberately make another purchase.

5.5 Prices and taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars and are published on our website, visible without registration. Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes never affect a purchase you have already completed, and never affect credits already in your balance.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for all transactions. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing and applicable sales taxes.

Your payment card details are entered directly into Paddle’s checkout. We never see, receive, process or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.

7. Delivery

Reelory is a digital product delivered instantly and electronically.

Credits are added to your account balance immediately after your payment is confirmed. Once credits are in your balance, you can use the Service straight away. Reports are generated automatically and appear in your account, normally within about a minute of submission.

There is no physical product, no shipping, and no waiting period. Nothing is mailed or couriered to you.

8. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason or for no reason at all.

There are no conditions, no exceptions and no qualifying criteria. It does not matter whether you have used your credits, how many reports you generated, or why you changed your mind. If you request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, you get your money back.

How to request a refund:contact us at support@reelory.ai or on Telegram at @reelory_support, or request the refund directly from Paddle, the merchant of record. Any contact details you have are enough — we will locate your purchase ourselves. We do not require a reason, an order number, or any particular email address.

Processing:refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Funds normally appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. No fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your account balance.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use Reelory only for lawful purposes and only with content you are entitled to submit.

9.1 Content you submit

By submitting a video URL to the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the video, or you otherwise have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to submit it for automated analysis; and
• Submitting the video and having it processed by the Service does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights; and
• The video does not violate the terms of service of the platform on which it is hosted.

9.2 Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Reelory to submit, process or distribute:

• Content belonging to third parties that you do not have the rights to submit;
• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service;
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors;
• Content depicting or promoting terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or serious violence;
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Content that violates another person’s privacy, or that was obtained without consent where consent was required;
• Malware, or content designed to compromise the Service or other users.

You also must not:

• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of any interface we expressly provide;
• Resell, sublicense or white-label access to the Service without our prior written permission;
• Use the Service to build, train or benchmark a competing product;
• Create multiple accounts to obtain the same one-time promotional benefit more than once.

10. Right to refuse or discontinue service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, decline or cancel an order, suspend an account, or terminate access to the Service — with or without prior notice — including where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, that the Service is being used unlawfully or abusively, or that continuing to provide the Service creates legal, security or operational risk.

If we suspend or terminate your account for any reason, we refund the value of any unused credits. Termination never affects your right to a refund under Section 8.

You may close your account at any time from within the platform. Refunds after closure remain subject to Section 8.

11. No guarantee of results

Reelory produces analytical output generated by AI models. It is informational and interpretive by nature.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome. In particular, we make no promise, representation or warranty that using Reelory will increase your views, reach, follower count, engagement, watch time, conversions, revenue or any other metric, or that any recommendation in a report will perform in any particular way.

Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, timing, audience, execution, competition and chance. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and may not fit your specific situation.

Reports are not professional, legal, financial, medical or business advice. Any decision you make based on a report is your own, and you are solely responsible for it.

12. Intellectual property

12.1 Ours

The Service — including the platform, its software, source code, interfaces, design, prompts, analytical methodology, documentation, and the Reelory name and branding — is owned by Irina Iscenco and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. No other rights are granted.

12.2 Yours

You keep all rights in the videos and materials you submit. You grant us a limited licence to retrieve, store, transcribe and process that material solely for the purpose of operating the Service and generating your reports.

12.3 Your reports

Reports generated for you belong to you. You may use them freely, including commercially, for your own content and business. You may not resell reports as a standalone product or service, or present the Service’s automated output as your own analytical product offered to third parties.

13. Availability, changes and third-party services

We aim to keep the Service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our control.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the value of unused credits.

The Service depends on third-party providers, including AI model providers, transcription providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and the video platforms from which content is retrieved. Changes, restrictions or outages on their side may affect the Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform whose content formats the Service analyses.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Irina Iscenco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, audience or reputation, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where your local consumer protection law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected by this section. Nothing in this section limits, reduces or delays your right to a full refund under Section 8.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Irina Iscenco from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from: (a) content you submitted to the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights.

17. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://reelory.ai/legal/privacy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Please read it before using the Service.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the Service, to our pricing structure, or to legal requirements.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document and notify registered users by email or through the platform before the changes take effect.

Changes are not retroactive. They do not affect purchases already completed or refund rights already accrued under Section 8. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service; if you are within the 7-day refund window for a recent purchase, Section 8 still applies.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, the seller’s country of tax residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law grants you mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, this section does not deprive you of those rights.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@reelory.ai. Most issues are resolved quickly and informally.

20. General

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business.
• Entire agreement. These Terms (including the refund policy in Section 8) and the Privacy Policy at https://reelory.ai/legal/privacy are the entire agreement between you and Irina Iscenco regarding the Service. The Refund Policy is Section 8 of these Terms.
