Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Services

1. Definitions

• Provider— Individual Entrepreneur Kirill S. Ishchenko, INN 772499427376, OGRN 314774601500580
• Customer — an individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer
• Service — the Reelory web platform (https://reelory.ai)
• Services — AI-powered analysis of social media content

2. Subject of the Offer

The Provider renders services to the Customer for the AI analysis of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar video content under the terms of this offer.

3. Acceptance

Payment for a selected service in accordance with Section 4 constitutes acceptance of this offer. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance.

4. Services and Pricing

The service has no subscriptions — services are purchased one at a time:

• Reels/TikTok analysis — $2.99: AI analysis of one video (hook, structure, virality triggers, recommendations, and a script).
• Account audit — $6.99: analysis of the full profile (content, reach, growth opportunities).
• Content plan — $6.99: a publishing plan based on your analyses and audit.
• Demo analysis — free:one analysis on the site’s landing page, no registration required.

Purchased services never expire and are never forfeited. Delivery time — up to 24 hours from launch (usually a few minutes).

USD prices apply to payments processed by Stripe. Prices in Russian rubles (₽) for payments via YooKassa are listed in the Russian version of this offer.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe (USD — bank cards) and YooKassa (₽ — bank cards, SBP, e-wallets)
• All payments are one-time — no auto-charges and no auto-renewals

6. Refunds

• Unused purchases are refunded in full within 14 days of the payment date; completed services are non-refundable (see the “Refunds” page for details)
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the same card

7. Rights and Obligations

The Provider shall:

• Keep the service available at least 95% of the time (SLA)
• Respond to inquiries within 48 hours

The Customer shall:

• Comply with the Terms of Service
• Not share account access with third parties

8. Liability

• The Provider does not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI analysis
• The Provider’s maximum liability is limited to the amount of the last paid period
• Force majeure is governed by the general rules of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation

9. Term of the Offer

This offer remains in effect until replaced by a new version. The current version is always available at: https://reelory.ai/legal/offer
